Winter Carnival
Students competed in Football, Netball and Soccer at our recent Winter Carnival at the end of Term 2, Thursday 29th June. Students enjoyed a fun day of sports, improving their skills and representing their school with pride. It was fantastic to see a high standard of sportsmanship and great spirit amongst the teams. The football, netball and soccer teams were well supported and organised by Mr G, Miss Winmar, Mrs Smith and Mr Way. We thank them for their efforts.
It was great to see so many family and friends who came to support our teams and cheer from the sidelines. This created a good atmosphere around the grounds. Thank you!
A big congratulations to all the students involved in what was a successful day!
Well done to our Year 6 Netball team who had a fantastic day and finished in 2nd place.
Year 5 Netball team competed hard all day for a good 3rd place finish.
Our Soccer team grew in confidence and improved in each game throughout the day, achieving equal 3rd place.
The standard at the football competition was high, which is great to see, and our Football team played some fantastic football for a 2nd place finish.
All students did our school proud and competed well to achieve these great results.
Congratulations and well done!
