Science Room
In science last term we explored animals and their environments. In the upper year levels students have been exploring how animals have adapted to their environment both physically and behaviourally. They conducted an experiment to limit the use of their thumbs, initially they predicted that not having the use of their thumb wouldn’t have an impact, however they were quick to find the opposite. The lower year levels focused on how different features of animals are used for breathing, moving, eating, and listening. At the end of the term, they used their knowledge to create their own creature.
