The 100-year celebration of Byford Primary was a great event. A huge thank you to all the community minded people that helped to make it happen. A wonderful day. Well done.
Some of us have left the official schooling system, like Byford Primary School, but we are still in ‘the school of life.’

Studies seem to indicate that people actively involved in listening to music, puzzle solving, reading, involved in hobbies, traveling, doing volunteer work and are engaged delay dementia.
More importantly, the more we use our brains at any stage of our life and the more we think, the fitter our brains get. Think of it as a tree: the more you use your brain the bigger the tree gets with more branches and more leaves. Food for thought. Have a thoughtful and joyful week.
