Well done to everyone in the Faction Carnival last week. It was a great day with hints of Spring and still a little bit of Winter.
Spring is in the air. May hope spring in your life as well. May you all be well and have an extra spring in your step.
Talking with so many people about hopes, fears, struggles and life in general helps me to stay focused and encouraged to carry on. Someone said in a by the way kind of way, “Let your hopes, not your hurts, shape your future. Remember hope is a good thing. It may be the best of things and no good thing ever dies.”
A way of developing that “Heart of Hope” is to try and remember 3 good things that you can be thankful for at the end of the day. Also think of something small that you can be hopeful about tomorrow. It could be passing a test, having a favourite meal, having a catch up and talking with a good friend. It could be seeing the sun rise or the sunset. Food for thought. Have a great week. Keep safe.
