Dear Families and Friends
School Board Membership Nominations
Due to the resignation of Ms Stacey Siroen we have a position vacant on our School Board. This position is for the remainder of 2018. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Stacey for her contribution to the School Board and for representing our school. The fundamental purpose of the School Board is to enable parents and members of the community to engage in activities that are in the best interests of students and that will enhance the education provided by the school. The Board meets twice a term.
If you would like more information about functions of the Board, please contact me.

Chaplain Chatter
Hi everyone, I hope you have a great week. How are those letters to your future self going?
Quality Character #2 Attentiveness. An attitude of readiness to do what is true and right. An attentive person maintains good eye contact and is not distracted. Attentiveness involves more than just listening with the ears….it involves listening with the heart. It is also discerning facial expressions and body language. Those who listen best learn most. The white-tailed deer constantly listens to what takes place around it. It has extremely acute hearing. Even while grazing, it remains attentive to its surroundings and is on the lookout for danger. Do you take time to listen?
Keep safe and take care.
